We would like to update you on School of the Osage’s plan with respect to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. Our district is taking this situation very seriously. We are in constant communication with our local health department, and we continue to monitor information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (MODHSS) in order to keep current on this rapidly changing situation. |

| Pre-Participation Physical exam per new MSHSAA Guidelines |
Per new MSHSAA guidelines, a Pre-Participation Physical exam certified by a medical professional will now be considered valid for two years (730 days) from the date of the exam. While the MSHSAA Pre-Participation Exam form is now valid for a two year period from the date of the physical examination, all other Pre-participation documents must still be completed annually for every student athlete prior to them being permitted to participate in their first sport season of each school year. |
